BrassNoor is dedicated to Moroccan brass lighting and artisanal design.
Our pieces are inspired by Moroccan craftsmanship, traditional patterns, architecture, and the knowledge passed down through generations of artisans.
Many of our products are handmade or finished by hand. Because of this, small variations in dimensions, patterns, texture, finish, color, and appearance may occur from one piece to another.
These variations are not considered defects. They are part of the character and authenticity of handmade work.
2. Products and Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, materials, colors, finishes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

The appearance of handmade work can differ from machine-produced products.
Small imperfections, variations, marks, irregularities, and differences in pattern are considered part of the handmade character of the product when they do not affect its functionality or structural integrity.
4. Orders

After receiving your order, BrassNoor may review the order details before accepting it.
An order is considered accepted once BrassNoor confirms the order and begins or schedules its preparation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Once production of a customized or made-to-order item has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If a custom order requires a specific design, dimension, or specification, BrassNoor may request written confirmation before production begins.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in the currency shown at checkout.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed, unless another payment arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing by BrassNoor.

7. Production Time
For handmade and made-to-order products, the production period may vary depending on the design, quantity, customization, availability of materials, and current workshop workload.
The estimated production time displayed on the product page or communicated to the customer is an estimate rather than an absolute guarantee.
For larger, customized, wholesale, hospitality, or special projects, a separate production timeline may be agreed with the customer.
8. Shipping and Delivery
BrassNoor may offer international shipping depending on the destination and the shipping service available for the order.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

- Import regulations;
- Carrier delays;
- Weather;
- Public holidays;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

If the package appears seriously damaged upon delivery, customers should, where possible, document the condition of the packaging before opening it and contact BrassNoor promptly.
If a product arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- Clear photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label where relevant.
This information may be required to investigate a shipping claim or determine the appropriate solution.
12. Returns and Exchanges

Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or appropriately qualified professional.
BrassNoor is not responsible for damage, injury, electrical problems, or other losses resulting from incorrect installation, improper wiring, modification of the product, misuse, or installation by an unqualified person.

14. Product Care
Brass, copper, bronze, glass, and other materials can change naturally over time.
Depending on the material and finish, exposure to humidity, air, handling, cleaning products, chemicals, and environmental conditions may affect the appearance of the product.
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their product.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning products unless specifically recommended for the particular finish.
Natural aging, patina, oxidation, or changes in appearance caused by normal environmental exposure are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

16. Design and Pattern Protection
BrassNoor is committed to preserving and developing Moroccan brass craftsmanship.
Some designs presented by BrassNoor are based on traditional Moroccan artistic vocabulary and heritage. Other designs may be original BrassNoor interpretations or contemporary developments inspired by traditional forms.
Traditional cultural motifs that are part of the public cultural heritage are not claimed as exclusively owned by BrassNoor.
However, original BrassNoor designs, drawings, photographs, written materials, compositions, product presentations, and contemporary design developments remain protected to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial copying of BrassNoor’s original work is prohibited.
